In our Tech Ninja Dojo after school group we have been working on a digital story about why we love Wyman so much. First we brainstormed collaboratively using Titan Pad. Then we went around Wyman taking digital pictures of the things we loved. Next, we put our thoughts and pictures into PowerPoint and then exported the slides as JPEG images. We then imported those images into the very cool video website Animoto. We set a few of our preferences in Animoto and then Animoto created our digital story videos. You can see them below:

At the of the 2010-2011 school year, Mr. Wright’s Class filmed a PBS video for Wyman. They had to film it in record time (in only 2 days, the last 2 full days of school). Since they filmed it so late in the year, they didn’t get to see the finished product. Well, the film still isn’t finished but almost (06/28/11)! In the meantime, here is a trailer for the film to get you ready to return to school next year in order to see the whole thing!
